We are seeking an experienced EPMA Project Lead to lead the successful implementation, optimisation, or expansion of an Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) solution within an NHS organisation.
Working as part of the Digital Transformation Programme, you will provide leadership across the full project lifecycle, ensuring the safe delivery of the EPMA programme while engaging clinical, operational and technical stakeholders. You will work closely with Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical, Digital and supplier teams to deliver a solution that improves patient safety, clinical efficiency and medicines management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the EPMA programme from mobilisation through to go-live and optimisation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with Pharmacy, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, Medical and Operational teams to ensure clinical engagement throughout the programme.
