- Turn an early-stage programme into a clear, prioritised and deliverable plan
- Build and maintain a single, joined-up programme view across all workstreams including resourcing, timelines and clear activities.
- Put strong governance in place and make sure it works in practice

- Drive delivery across multiple projects, holding teams to account on progress
