EPR Project Manager
-Highly motivated, versatile and results-driven certified Project Manager and Transformation Lead.
-A successful background, with over 13 years of experience of working in NHS, consulting and corporate sectors.
-A collaborative approach to successful project leadership, through engagement with key stakeholders and 3rd parties.
-Highly accomplished of designing and executing effective project delivery strategies, vision and business change.
-PRINCE2 & PMP trained, with experience of applying best practice frameworks, tools and methodologies.
-Experience of driving change management, business transformation, project strategies, digital roadmaps, project governance, software application lifecycles and business benefit realisation.
-Communicate well with all project team members and key stakeholders through communication strategies, structured meetings, workshops and emails to enable to get the message across quickly and effectively.
-Lead and manage the project team by setting the vision, motivating the team, serving them, coaching them and inspiring others by getting the team’s ‘buy in’, resolving conflict, setting goals and evaluating performance and making sure team has the right tools to get things done.
-Effectively manage my workload and priorities and help the project team member manage their days by using the ‘Eisenhower Principle’ and determining which activities are important and which are, essentially, distractions.
-Negotiate to help keep the projects on track and clear from significant roadblocks by using compromising techniques such as collaborating to find a solution and win-win approach.
-Scheduling a detailed project plan by planning ahead and knowing ‘what’s next’, which means not only for success but for setbacks and disasters.
-Manage risks by working with the project team early on and throughout the project to understand what could possibly go wrong followed followed by a risk plan, which is monitored regularly with active mitigations
